Return process
For the processing of the refund shall take into account the following considerations:
1.- The products have been due to acquire through the web www.serendipitymagicstones.com in any of its forms. Products that have not been purchased through these methods may NOT be returned.
2.- You must fill in the returns form located at the foot of this text or send us an e-mail to: [email protected] con el asunto: «Devolución».
To receive a refund SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES will verify that the returned product comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any justification (time set by law). The cooling-off period will expire after 14 days from the day you take physical possession of the goods. That period shall be extended if the legal standards required.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you can fill out the contact form located at the end of this text and we will answer your email of how to proceed with the return. You can also, and in a complementary way, send an e-mail via the e-mail above with the order that he be to You a record of the withdrawal.
You will have to send us the products you wish to return 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal of this contract, this being a condition inexcusable except for problems of a logistics company that you choose for the return. Conditions of return product
1.- Products that are returned to SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES will be returned in a new condition and unused; that is to say, in perfect condition for sale.
2.- Once you have received the package, we will review the state of the object back with the order that it meets the requirements of return (state of the product, verification of the precious gems...etc).
3.- Personalized products can NOT be returned to SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES to be subject to refund or exchange unless the product is different than the one requested or has a defect, that it is the responsibility of SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES. In this last case if it is possible we will remedy the defect and will send to the customer in perfect condition.
4.- When returning the product will be imperative that you make with the packet of original delivery and with all the content you submitted (product, original box, certificate gem as well as any other identifying item or other that you received with the package).
5.- In the event that the product that was referred to is not the one that You requested, or that it arrives in conditions other than those listed, please contact as soon as possible with us via our e-mail as indicated in these conditions.
Therefore, and important to the customer, we inform you that all returns will be subject to a strict quality control on the part of SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES in order to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements, and that in any case they may be exposed to sale in the same moment, and to the receipt of the return.
If the returned product meets the requirements of the control of quality, SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES will proceed with the refund or replacement of the product, according to customer preference.
The refund will be made to the account that the customer chose for the payment.
6.- The expenses for return freight in case of withdrawal without that the same is due to SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES (defect of the product or for the customer to receive a product different to the one requested) are borne by the customer.
7.- The customer or recipient of the product, must prove a test of the return shipping, not accepting SERENDIPITY MAGIC STONES of any kind of responsibility if you cannot present such accreditation. Only the products received through the web www.serendipitymagicstones.com (those purchased online) will be refunded or exchanged for another product, as appropriate.
